Heather is a personal life coach and Reiki Master Teacher. She works with clients and students on throwing out their head trash and growing a clear space from which to attract all things desired.

As an empath and an intuitive, Heather works on clearing energetic blocks within her clients and directs them in reclaiming their personal power through choosing their thoughts rather than the thoughts choosing them. She teaches how negative and fearful thinking lowers our energetic vibration and thus attracts unwanted things, people and experiences into our lives.

You know that stuff that keeps you up at night? And that stuff that keeps you thinking that you are not good enough, leaves you feeling tired and depleted and unable to be present for your loved ones? That stuff is called head trash and it needs to be thrown out! Yet most of the time we have trouble identifying it for ourselves and we remain unable to get rid of it so that we are not living, loving or working to our fullest potential. In this class series you will learn to identify negative, stressful, self sabotaging thoughts as trash and learn tools to throw them out. In this workshop we will focus specifically on acknowledging our relationships as the main place for our spiritual and personal growth. We will learn to take back our own personal power and release it from the grips of needing others to behave in specific ways for us. We can learn to recognize our relationships as the places we can authentically show up and to be mindful of what we are bringing to the table. And we can move towards having better relationships than we ever imagined possible!

So once we begin to recognize the thoughts that can send us into a tailspin we can consciously intend on putting them into the trash where they belong so that we can live happier, more fulfilling lives with more energy and the ability to be our best selves for those that we love. This group coaching session will help us to recognize where out focus truly lies. As what we focus on expands, it's very important to notice where our attention is going and to train ourselves to focus on what we want more of in our lives. It's common for us to come away from our life experiences talking about what we didn't like about them. And that only serves to attract more of the same. Focusing on the good stuff can take practice but can be the catalyst for us to receive our desires. The more we practice noticing and choosing our focus, the more we take the reigns as the co-creators of our life.

And many of us are so busy taking care of other people that we feel like it's too self indulgent to love and take care of ourselves. And in fact some of us don't even know where to begin when it comes to self love because we were never taught HOW to love our self. We are all well versed in beating ourselves up but we need to find the pathways to self love so that we feel whole, truly able to love others, and be fully open to receive love. This group coaching class will focus on throwing out what is not self loving and empower us with tools to love ourselves the way we deserve to be loved.
